What we collect

The information you give us through the application and submission forms: handle, email, links, budget, references. Basic analytics for traffic and form events.

Why we collect it

To run the office: review applications, shape briefs, match editors, and pay approved work. Nothing more exciting than that.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share submitted tracks outside the private roster. We don't make you sit through cookie banners we didn't build.

Storage

Submissions and applications are kept in our internal systems for as long as needed to run the office. You can ask us to delete your file at any time.
