Public & open to join

The editor community.

A public space for editors to share work, swap resources, get feedback, and network. It's genuinely useful on its own — and it's the front door to the private roster. You don't need to be selected to join.

The roster path

The community is where the desk first sees your work. Consistency here is what earns a roster invitation.

FROM COMMUNITY TO ROSTER
  1. Join the community. Free, public, useful from day one.
  2. Share your work. Post edits, take feedback, enter challenges.
  3. Apply to the roster. When your work is ready for paid campaigns.
  4. Get reviewed. A person reads your application and your edits.
  5. Receive private invitations. Campaigns that match your style.
THE HONEST PART

Joining the community does not make you an EditOffice editor. Paid campaign work is curated — it requires acceptance onto the private roster.

That's the deal, both ways: the community gives every editor a real place to grow, and clients get editors who were actually selected for the job.
