How EditOffice works for artists, labels, brands, and editors. Still unsure? Write the desk →
What is EditOffice?
EditOffice is a curated editing network. Artists, labels, and brands file a campaign; we assemble a hand-picked team of editors to make short-form video for it and manage the work through to delivery. Every campaign is private. It's run by Hatzelhoffer Inc.
Is EditOffice an open clipping marketplace?
No. Campaigns are not posted publicly for anyone to claim. Each campaign is private, and only the roster editors we select for it receive the brief and assets.
How do editors work with EditOffice?
Join the public community to share work and access resources. To work on paid campaigns, apply to the roster. We review applications manually and invite editors to campaigns that fit their style.
What is the roster?
The roster is our private, curated group of editors eligible for paid client campaigns. We select for portfolio quality, style, reliability, and cultural fit — not follower count alone.
Do I need to be on the roster to join the community?
No. The community is open. Anyone can join to share work, swap resources, get feedback, and enter challenges. Paid campaign work requires acceptance onto the roster.
How do clients start a campaign?
File a campaign with your release, brief, audience, and goals. We assemble a suitable editor team, manage the brief and assets, and report on delivery.
Which platforms do you cover?
TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Who runs EditOffice?
EditOffice is operated by Hatzelhoffer Inc.
